Week of February 11-15

During this short week, we will continuing our study of Their Eyes Were Watching God.  The discussion will focus on figurative language, symbolism, and character motive.  Be prepared for a reading quiz on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Schedule:

Monday: Discuss chapters 4 and 5 and take notes, start reading chapter 6
Tuesday: Read and discuss chapter 6
Wednesday: Read chapter 7 and discuss; Parent-Teacher conferences from 4-8PM
Thursday: No School: Parent-Teacher conferences from 8AM- 8PM
Friday: No School
