The Snowy Week of February 25- March 1

This week we will continue our study of Their Eyes Were Watching God, focusing on symbolism and character motivation.  In chapters 10-14, Janie will start a new relationship with Tea Cake and will change much about her life.

Schedule:

Monday: Journal, Read Chapters 10 + 11, Work on vocabulary #1-12 and examples for figurative language
Tuesday: SNOW DAY
Wednesday: *Reading Quiz: Chapters 8-11* Discuss in groups, Read Chapter 12 together
Thursday: Read Chapter 13 and create annotations
Friday: Mini Seminar for Chapter 13
